I'm making plans with a couple of local schools to provide Wellbeing days, using yoga and mindfulness. These days are really lovely, entailing each year group having a specially devised lesson, appropriate for their age. We learn about all kinds of ways to be healthy and feel good, physically, emotionally, with our friends etc. Quite often the kid are inspired and take away activities which they then do in class, to calm, to energise or to help focus.
I'm also working with a local mum who is very keen to get these strategies into schools to help children cope.
