Spreading yoga to Lewes!

Having relocated to Barcombe, I’m looking for local venues for yoga for children and young people. I’m still keeping my Brighton classes on...as I love them so much! It’s been amazing having the same girls doing yoga with me for years, such a privilege that they keep coming back. Having done yoga myself as a teen, I’m certain that it plants a seed  for later life. At least one of my young teens wants to be a yoga teacher when she grows up. 

I’m looking for schools that may like an after school club and or venues for non school based clubs, so watch this space or get in touch to register your interest or chat if you’d like yoga or mindfulness in your school. I’ve often done whole days in schools as part of their wellbeing programmes. Another great thing to have is an inset day for the teachers, equipping them with tools to bring into the classroom to help focus and calm throughout the day.
