Having spent half term qualifying as a dot b trainer I'm now raring to go to deliver mindfulness in secondary schools!
This well designed and evaluated course is a complete introduction to mindfulness, spanning 10 weeks.
It is suitable for ages 11-18 and covers all of the skills they need to give it a proper try. For some this may be all they wish to do, and for others it may deeply resonate giving them tools for life. The course is fun, lively and engaging. It supports the youngsters in their focus, helping them to learn to pay attention better. Also giving them practical skills to use for example with exam nerves, or at any other time they may be experiencing stress
