Following the success of the tweens class in Hove (still a few places left) I've been chatting to some parents in the Hanover area and am hoping to set up a class over there. I'm going to see the Hanover community centre as a possible venue later this week.
Yoga, meditation and mindfulness are great for all of us, and especially for the developing youngster. These sessions will give them a safe space to be themselves, learning ways to cope with the changes they are undergoing, trying out mindfulness and meditation. The physical asanas in the yoga practise will help them stay flexible and develop strength. elements of positive psychology will also be used to help them feel nourished, happy and settled.......for the most part, they will just find it 'awesome!', well at least that's the usual feedback!
